There will be postal strikes across the country on 22/10/09 and 23/10/09, this is likely to cause delays with post.

To ensure our customers still receive their documentation, we now offer the option to have most documents and letters sent by email.

Please note, we can only have an email address registered to one customer on our system so if your partner/spouse etc is with us, they will need to provide all their details and a separate email address (you can obtain a free email address from Googlemail).
